Likely your goal is to break from work stress or regular routine to enjoy the fresh air while swinging the club. You can increase your odds of enjoying your golf escape by taking a few steps to plan ahead.

Most courses open and close around the same time, depending on the part of the country and the current weather. However, it can’t hurt to make sure there are some open tee times. With a phone call, or by checking the course’s website, you can see if it is possible to squeeze in a game at the last minute.
